No matter what side of the fence you are on, you have to admit that we have one absolutely beautiful first lady. Young, fresh 
and modern in her fashion choices many criticize her for not looking like a traditional first lady. This is one of the main things that I love about her. She did not sacrifice her personal style just because her husband is the president and I think that is extremely noble.
After the Democratic National Convention, I, along with millions of others were absolutely obsessed with Michelle’s nail color on the first night. It was an unexpected neutral, a cross between gray and lavender that somehow worked with her look without being matchy which is one of my faves when it comes to nail color. 
Her actual color was a gel/salon polish but I have been successful in finding a great substitute. Essie’s Merino Cool is a grayish tone with a lavender tone. It seems like an odd color to wear but its so versatile and works so well with blues, grays, nudes and so much more. This is a great addition to any fall nail color collection!
